Steve co-founded Windsor Management Insurance Brokers in 1993. He has over 36 years’ experience in directorships and successfully managing company operations – including owning and operating a number of Melbourne hotels.
Steve is dedicated to giving back to the community. He is President of Heidelberg United Football Club and is an active supporter of many community organisations.
Steve's people-centered approach is reflected in Windsor’s people-first approach. He goes above and beyond to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone involved.
Carlo co-founded Windsor Management Insurance Brokers in 1993. His insurance career spans over 37 years in both international and local broking firms. This includes five years as an underwriter in property and marine.
Carlo provides specialist insurance broking and claims services to one of the largest member-based organisations in the Victorian and Queensland building and construction industry.
His commitment to transparency and his passion for exceptional client service has helped position Windsor as a leading insurance broker for group income protection and claims management.
With more than 22 years’ experience in both international and local broking firms, Daniel is skilled at providing risk solutions.
Daniel has a keen eye for identifying exposures. He has built an extensive network of insurance professionals to help him solve any challenge, and to create long-term insurance solutions for all our clients.
Having worked with almost every class of insurance over his career, Daniel is experienced in providing advice on all insurance matters – from personal line policies to complex national insurance programs.
National General Manager
Richard has 36 years’ experience in insurance industry and an extensive career as an insurance broker. Before joining Windsor, he held senior management roles, including two director positions, with a range of insurance broking houses. He has also owned an insurance broking business.
Richard’s expertise lies in creating sustainable insurance programs. He has been instrumental in developing and executing numerous insurance programs for associations and their members across Australia.
National Development Manager
Steve has 43 years’ experience in the general insurance industry. He is a successful and well respected insurance broking professional.
Before joining Windsor 20 years ago, Steve enjoyed an extensive career in varied underwriting, claims and business development roles. He has a strong understanding of insurance risk and the products available in today’s market place.
Steve manages corporate accounts and prides himself on developing strong relationships with his clients. This allows him to deliver quality insurance programs, advice and services to a wide range of industry sectors.
General Insurance Manager
Jana has worked in the financial services industry for more than 16 years. She started her insurance career in domestic underwriting. From there she moved into commercial insurance broking, working for a well-established general insurance brokerage for over 10 years.
Jana’s experience also includes working in business development in premium funding, which enhanced her fundamental knowledge of general insurance.
Jana enjoys using her extensive insurance knowledge to service a variety of commercial and corporate clients in diverse industries.
John has worked in the insurance industry for 26 years. He has held senior positions with major insurance companies across Australia, and has extensive experience in risk management, claims assessing, compliance and insurance fraud investigations.
Having owned a business and worked in a range of industries, John has personally experienced many complex business issues. He is skilled at identifying risks and providing effective, actionable advice and personalised service to his clients.
Danny has almost 30 years of insurance broking experience, including positions with large international firms. He was also the insurance and risk management advisor for a globally recognised prestige vehicle importer, where he advised dealers and fleet operators on risk and insurance-related issues.
Danny prides himself on getting to know his client’s business and creating insurance programs that reflect the client’s exposure. While he has a strong affiliation with the motor trade, he is also passionate about providing relevant advice and guidance to clients in all industries.
Naomi began her career as an insurance broker in 2008. She has extensive experience in servicing corporate clients and managing a wide spectrum of insurance policies.
Naomi also has many years of experience working overseas with a rehabilitation provider. She worked closely with medical practitioners and law firms to provide rehabilitation for UK residents with insurance claims.
Naomi’s hands-on approach gives her clients peace of mind, while her broad experience enables her to service clients across all industries.
Tim has worked in the insurance industry for over 13 years, specialising in group income protection.
Tim joined Windsor in 2012 as an account manager, taking care of employer and employee members’ insurance programs. His experience ranges from policy set-up, on-site launch, management briefings and toolbox meetings to ongoing account management.
Tim covers the full spectrum of group income protection, helping develop flexible programs and provide value-added benefits for members. He delivers these services with a hands-on, personalised approach.
